Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. By registering at 999kg, you automatically agree to these terms.
Introduction
999kg is a mobile-first online casino and betting platform in Bangladesh. This terms and conditions document forms a legal agreement between you and 999kg. By accessing the 999kg.cam website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are giving your consent to all the terms described in this document.

Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to participate on the 999kg platform. Creating an account or using the services by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request identity documents for age verification at any time.
2.2 One Person, One Account
Each person may create only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, it will be considered bonus abuse and all accounts may be closed.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
2.4 KYC Verification
999kg reserves the right to verify a member's identity (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. A national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents may be required for verification. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.
Account Management
3.1 Password and Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Sharing Prohibited
Your account is for your personal use only. Giving any third party access to your account or playing on another person's account is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Account Inactivity
Administrative fees may apply to accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. Contact our support team for more details.
3.4 Technical Errors
999kg reserves the right to void any winnings gained abnormally due to a technical error. In such cases, we will notify the relevant member.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
The following methods can be used to deposit funds at 999kg: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
4.2 Withdrawal Limits and Timeframes
The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is ৳500. For verified accounts, funds are generally sent within 10 to 45 minutes. However, bank transfers may take a little longer.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
- KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
- Deposited funds will be eligible for withdrawal only after being wagered at least once.
- The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in the case of suspicious transactions.
4.4 Erroneous Transactions
If an excess deposit is made by mistake, 999kg reserves the right to return that excess amount. Members are requested to report any unusual transactions immediately.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The first deposit must be at least ৳500 to claim this bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (25x wagering requirement). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer must be used within a specified validity period.
- A bonus can only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated.
- Any attempt at fraud through bonus use may result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
- 999kg reserves the right to change or cancel the bonus program at any time.
5.4 VIP Program
The 999kg VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, up to 0.8% at Platinum, and up to 1.0% weekly cashback at Diamond. Fair Play and Integrity Policy
6.1 RNG and Fair Play
All games at 999kg are operated by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures every outcome is completely random and predetermined-free. We are firmly committed to the fair play principle.
6.2 Finality of Game Results
Every game result is recorded on the platform's server. In case of any dispute arising from a technical issue, the server record will be considered final.
6.3 Disconnection
If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, it can be properly completed after reconnection. However, intentionally disconnecting to influence the outcome is strictly forbidden.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999kg platform:
- Fraud, cheating, or attempting to gain an advantage by any unlawful means.
